CPR was founded in 1996 by Diana Haigwood and Alan Pardini,
who remain as the firm's principals.
An accomplished researcher, planner and advisor, Alan has over 20 years' experience in program evaluation, strategic planning, management assistance, and applied research. He has overseen assignments that include community needs assessments, community surveys, feasibility analyses, organizational development consultations, training and technical assistance.
Diana is an expert strategic planner, manager and facilitator with more than two decades' background supporting nonprofit organizations, grantmakers, funding collaboratives, membership associations and governments. A former program officer for a prominent Northern California community foundation, she has diverse talents as a grants administrator, program planner, fiscal manager and technical advisor. Diana also has founded and led several community-based arts organizations and brings extensive nonprofit management experience.
Joining Diana and Alan at CPR is a group of skilled professionals with deep familiarity and understanding of the nonprofit, philanthropic and public sectors. CPR's consultants bring expertise across a full spectrum of functional areas, including program planning and implementation, marketing, communications and public relations, fundraising, human resource development and training, organizational growth and strategy, assessment and evaluation. Additionally, CPR maintains relationships with a variety of industry specialists.
For each project, we put together a team matched specifically to the needs of our client. CPR's work is always directed by one of the firm's principals and staffed by senior professionals. We take on a limited number of engagements in order to devote full attention to our clients.
